Formación

• Three years nursing experience with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Active Florida RN license.

Responsabilidades

• Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance.
• Determines and justifies needs for systems, equipment, supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order and stock supplies.
• Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which align with the strategic plan.
• Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management.
• Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment, labor utilization and retention, payroll, and student engagements.
• Assesses the quality of patient care delivered and strives for improvement.
• Evaluates needs of patients and families and provides patient-centered care.
• Manages complaints and conflicts through to resolution.
