Mission Pet Health's Salt Ponds Animal Hospital in Westerly, RI is seeking a Hospital Manager to lead our veterinary team and ensure outstanding patient care.

You will oversee the hospital’s financial health, recruit and develop staff, and champion a collaborative, high‑performing culture focused on service excellence for pets and their families.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a P&L with a track record of driving results.
• Background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive, high‑performance culture.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Previous management experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail environment is required.
