Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking a Hospital Manager to lead a veterinary hospital, champion culture, and drive financial health. You will oversee P&L, labor, inventory, and ensure top-notch client service for pets and their families.

You’ll recruit, train, and develop the team, build a high-performing staff, and coordinate growth across the network, while collaborating with a broader support structure for clinical excellence and staff wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a P&L with track record of results.
• Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and building teams.
• Strong leadership and the ability to foster a positive, high-performance culture.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Management experience in veterinary/medical or customer-focused retail is preferred.
