Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking a Hospital Manager in Seal Beach, CA to lead operations, drive financial health, and guide a growing veterinary team. You will oversee P&L, labor costs, and inventory while building a high-performing culture and exceptional client service.

You will recruit, onboard, and mentor staff, champion a positive workplace, and partner with leadership to advance clinical excellence across our hospital network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a P&L, with a track record of driving results.
• A successful background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive, high-performing culture.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Previous management experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail environment is required.
