Job summary

Mission Pet Health seeks an experienced veterinary leader to develop teams, drive operational excellence, and deliver exceptional patient and client care. The role focuses on partnering with veterinarians, mentoring staff, and fostering a positive, high-performing hospital culture.

The ideal candidate will coach teams, manage hospital operations, and contribute to continuous improvement within a nationwide network of practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading a veterinary hospital or clinical operations.
  • Strong budgeting, labor management, P&L accountability, revenue growth and operational decision-making.
  • Proven success coaching, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
  • Ability to partner with veterinarians and support staff to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

What You'll Bring to the Team


  • Proven experience managing a P&L, with a track record of driving results.

  • A successful background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams.

  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive, high-performing culture.

  • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Previous management experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail environment is required.
