Mission Pet Health is seeking a hospital operations leader in Nebraska to champion a positive culture, guide team development from onboarding to growth, and own the hospital's financial health including P&L, labor costs, and inventory to meet business goals.

You will recruit and hire top talent, ensure exceptional client and pet service, and leverage nationwide network resources, AVMA-backed education programs, and comprehensive benefits.
