Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking a Hospital Manager who will Champion a positive, collaborative culture and drive the hospital’s financial health. You will lead hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development for the team while ensuring exceptional client and pet care.

You will own the P&L, manage labor costs and inventory, and guide growth initiatives within a nationwide veterinary network.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing a P&L with results.
  • Background in recruiting, interviewing and building high-quality teams.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in veterinary or customer-focused retail environment is preferred.

  • Own hospital financial health, including P&L, labor, and inventory.

  • Previous management experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail environment is required.
