Job summary

Boston Veterinary Clinic (Seaport) in Boston, MA, part of the Mission Pet Health network, seeks a Hospital Manager to lead our Seaport hospital, overseeing culture, team development, and financial health.

You will recruit, mentor staff, manage the P&L, optimize labor and inventory, and ensure exceptional client and patient care within a high-volume urban practice. Our team benefits from AAHA standards and Fear Free protocols while serving a diverse client base.

Our operating schedule, which includes full hours Monday through Friday until 7:00 PM and Saturday availability, is designed to meet the demands of our busy urban community.
