Job summary

You will perform installations, troubleshoot, and ensure EPA Universal certification compliance, maintain Metasys/Johnson Controls systems, and support patient and family-centered care while adhering to safety and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• May require a valid local or state license in specialty.
• Certified Healthcare Mechanic is preferred.
• Must pass exam for local or state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out skilled trade duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Perform electrical installations, troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems.
• Repair/replace switches, fixtures and distribution components.
• Perform plumbing installations and repairs.
• Build and repair cabinetry and carpentry tasks.
• Install and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Monitor and maintain Johnson Controls Metasys systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document repairs.
