Qualifications

• Trade school graduate with at least 2 years of experience.
• 4 years of related facilities maintenance experience.
• Equivalent combination of relevant education or experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs mechanical systems and equipment for assigned facilities.
• May be assigned more complex assignments that include multiple systems or cross-departmental interaction to complete the maintenance or repair.
• Specialized knowledge in locksmith, HVAC, motors, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems is required to perform duties.
• Repairing heating, lighting, cooling, plumbing, ventilation systems and equipment.
• Installation and maintenance of motors and specialized equipment.
