Job summary

Pana Community Hospital is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician II to maintain the hospital’s facilities, grounds, equipment, and utility systems.

Responsibilities include general maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, boilers, carpentry, painting, and mechanics; preventative maintenance and inspections; troubleshooting hospital and patient care equipment; and maintaining building automation, fire, and safety systems.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, boiler systems, and kitchen appliances.
• Ability to perform general maintenance, semi-skilled tasks, and basic repairs.
• Ability to learn and operate building automation and safety systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment in service.
• Knowledge of hospital utility systems and safety policies.
