Prime Healthcare is seeking a Hospital Maintenance Technician III to perform advanced maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems in a hospital setting. This full-time role ensures a safe and operational healthcare environment and requires troubleshooting skills and certification in a relevant trade.
Responsibilities include emergency repairs and preventive maintenance, ensuring compliance of safety systems, and coordination with contractors for facility projects. Strong candidates will have at least five years of experience in an acute healthcare setting.
We are seeking a Hospital Maintenance Technician III, also referred to as a Plant Operations Technician III or Boiler Operator III. The Hospital Maintenance Tech III is responsible for advanced maintenance and repairs on hospital systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety equipment to ensure a safe and operational healthcare environment. This role also supports emergency response, preventive maintenance, and facility projects while coordinating with staff and contractors to minimize disruption to patient care.
