Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking a Hospital Maintenance Technician III or Plant Engineer III - HVAC in Riverdale, GA. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains building and its related systems.
• Keeps accurate logs on all equipment.

Overview

Hospital Maintenance Technician III or Plant Engineer III - HVAC maintains accurate logs on all equipment in the hospital and provides for a safe working environment.

Shift’s Available: Days

Employment Type: Full Time

Hours: 7 am to 3:30 pm

Location: Southern Regional Medical Center - Riverdale, GA

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):

Maintains and repairs equipment including, but not limited to, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant maintenance, and medical gas systems. Maintains the building and its related systems. Certified and/or licensed in a specific trade that is directly related to healthcare engineering.

Qualifications

Education, experience, training

• Five (5) years experience in an acute healthcare setting preferred
• Able to troubleshoot, read schematics, and/or blue prints.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Certified and/or licensed in a specified trade that is relative to healthcare engineering (Steam boiler, HVAC, etc)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
