Crothall Healthcare is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for Gulf Breeze Hospital on the 1st shift, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This role performs a variety of maintenance tasks to keep hospital facilities operating reliably.

Applicants should have 3–5 years of related maintenance experience, strong communication, and a valid driver's license. Experience with Building Automation Systems and computerized work orders is preferred; generous benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow up on tasks.
• Driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Experience with Building Automation Systems.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshooting equipment, replacing plumbing fixtures, rodding drains, and repairing leaks.
• Supervising and adjusting the building automation system for patient/staff comfort.
• Generator testing and inspections, replacing light fixtures and ceilings.
• Using drawings and manuals for diagnosing and repairing.
• Coordinating work with vendors and contractors.
• Performing preventive maintenance on emergency power, lighting, HVAC, and other systems.
• Inspect buildings and mechanical rooms per maintenance program.
