Crothall Healthcare seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician for the VCU Community Memorial Hospital on the 1st shift. The role leads a maintenance team, troubleshoots HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and medical gas systems, and oversees preventive maintenance using CMMS. Excellent communication and safety leadership are essential.
The position requires 7+ years in facility maintenance, healthcare experience, and travel to off-site locations as needed; certifications are preferred.
Formación
- 7+ years of facility maintenance experience, healthcare preferred.
- Experience with hospital systems including medical gas, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Valid driver's license; travel to off-site locations as needed.
Responsabilidades
- Diagnose and repair hospital equipment and infrastructure.
- Lead maintenance team and mentor junior technicians.
- Design and oversee preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure OSHA, NFPA, Joint Commission compliance.
- Manage work orders and asset tracking via CMMS.
- Coordinate facility upgrades with contractors.
