COMMUNITY PHARMACY is seeking a Hospital Liaison to drive census growth and quality resident mix by forming strategic relationships with referral sources and healthcare partners. You will manage census submissions and reimbursement breakdowns, while executing targeted marketing plans to expand the facility’s reach and external sales efforts.

The role emphasizes diplomacy, discretion, and strong organizational skills to coordinate with hospital and community partners.

Qualifications

Hospital Liaison Responsibilities:

• As a hospital liaison, you will identify and build relationships to grow the census and quality resident mix.
• You will submit a census, with a breakdown of reimbursement, and in-hospital totals twice daily.
• You will create and execute a marketing plan to increase the census.
• You will develop relationships with a growing base of referral sources, leading to a consistent flow of quality referrals to the facility. With a majority of time allocated to external sales development.

Requirements
