Job summary

UCI Health is seeking a detail-oriented team member to support customer communications and lab report handling. You will manage phone calls, data entry, and printing/delivering lab reports while ensuring accuracy and quality in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities include reviewing lab requisitions, maintaining relationships with internal and external customers, and supporting troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations across lab workflows.

Qualifications

• One year of applicable clinical lab work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to operate a computer, perform data entry and retrieval.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide a supportive link between internal and external customers.
• Handle phone calls, data entry, and printing/delivering lab reports.
• Review lab requisitions and perform quality review and troubleshooting.
