Job summary

Labcorp seeks a Hospital Development Executive for the Houston, TX region. Live in the Houston Metro area and drive growth of hospital laboratory reference services and associated analytical platforms. Build and expand relationships with C-suite leaders, educate clients on workflow efficiencies, and upsell Labcorp capabilities.

You will partner with the sales team to extend services, manage a book of business, and achieve monthly revenue targets while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 3 years of medical sales experience.
• 5+ years in healthcare industry & diagnostic sales preferred.
• Experience working with C-suite executives in hospital sales.
• Proven success managing a book of business and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Grow new hospital laboratory reference business and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Educate and implement analytical platforms and workflow efficiencies for clients.
• Present professional solutions to C-suite and derive upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales team to expand services beyond clinical testing.
• Meet and exceed monthly revenue goals and ensure high client retention.
