HHS Culinary and Nutrition Solutions, LLC is hiring a Culinary Supervisor to support the hospital's food and nutrition team at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital. You will lead kitchen staff, ensure patient meals are prepared accurately, and deliver timely service with excellent patient care.

The role requires supervising kitchen operations, maintaining high food safety standards, and collaborating with medical staff to meet dietary needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Preferred: 6+ months of supervisor experience in cook, line cook, culinary operations, or healthcare.

Responsabilités

• Supervisor team members to ensure smooth operations of patient meals.
• Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal that matches their order and diet requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service for all patients, staff, and visitors.
• Adhere to the facility’s health and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently.
