Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of healthcare, institutional, or restaurant cooking experience.
• Must maintain sanitation and safety standards in a hospital kitchen.

Responsabilidades

• Organize ingredients and plan meals for assigned production areas.
• Prepare food items and ensure timely service to meet satisfaction goals.
• Coordinate with Chef/Sous Chef/Supervisor on daily activities.
• Maintain cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work area.
• Prepping ingredients for the next day’s production needs.
