Cook Children's Medical Center in Fort Worth is seeking a Cook II in the Food & Nutrition Services department. You will organize ingredients, plan and prepare food items in designated production areas and set up meals by scheduled times to meet patient and staff needs.

You will coordinate with Chef, Sous Chef and Supervisors daily; maintain cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work area; and prep ingredients for the next day’s production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in healthcare, institutional or restaurant cooking to include food preparation.
• City of Ft. Worth Food Handler’s Card.

Responsabilités

• Organize ingredients, plan and prepare food items in assigned production areas.
• Set up foods by designated times to meet customer satisfaction goals.
• Coordinate with Chef/Sous Chef/Supervisor regarding daily activities.
• Maintain cleaning and sanitation of cooking equipment and work area, and prep ingredients for the next day’s production.
