Responsabilités

• Previews menus and work orders to determine type and quantities of foods to be prepared for patients, cafeteria and special events.
• Plans and coordinates cooking schedules to ensure peak quality and proper temperatures.
• Prepares, seasons and cooks food to meet quality, freshness, taste and appearance standards.
• Measures and mixes ingredients per recipes; ensures dishes meet established standards.
• Maintains cleanliness and proper operation of cooking equipment and utensils.
• Maintains HACCP logs and sanitation schedules; ensures accurate record keeping.
• Works to increase responsibility and contribute as a productive member of Nutrition Services.
