Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking an Information and Guest Services Representative to welcome guests, issue passes, guide visitors, and answer questions about Medical Center services and policies in the lobby.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, typing ability, and 1–2 years of front desk or hospitality experience; bilingual (Spanish) preferred. Starting rate is $18.57 hourly, with a strong focus on customer service and professionalism across departments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Typing ability required.
• One to two years working experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and respond to requests for visitor passes in a courteous manner.
• Provide directions to Medical Center services and maintain lobby area professionalism.
• Answer telephone calls within 3 rings and take accurate messages when needed.
• Enforce visitor policies and coordinate with Security for any violations.
• Assist with coordinating deliveries and escort patients as needed.
