Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is seeking a skilled HVAC technician to inspect, repair, install and test hospital heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, follow PM schedules, and ensure safety and infection-control compliance while maintaining a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Type I, II or III freon license required.
• Three years of HVAC maintenance and repair experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and ensure proper operation of HVAC/R systems and equipment in the hospital.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections per PM schedule.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and comply with safety policies.
• Receive, prioritize and dispatch work requests; complete documentation and logs.
