Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Type I, II or III freon license required.
• Three years' experience in HVAC systems maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities

• Install and ensure proper operation of hospital HVAC systems and equipment (40%).
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections per PM schedule and procedures (35%).
• Maintain clean and safe work environment; comply with safety and infection control policies (10%).
• Receive, prioritize and dispatch work requests; complete all documentation per department procedures (15%).
