Qualifications

• Must be able to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Must be available to work all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspects RHVAC equipment and maintains preventive maintenance schedules.
• Records time and materials for jobs and orders parts.
• Responds to emergency RHVAC calls and malfunctions.
• Adheres to DOH, Joint Commission and ICRA requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
