Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Martin Health North is seeking an HVAC Technician to join the Facilities Engineering team in Stuart, FL. You will inspect, maintain, repair and install HVAC systems, ensuring patient comfort and regulatory compliance in a hospital environment.

This full-time role operates 2:30 PM–11:00 PM with on-call weekends; ideal candidates have healthcare HVAC experience and a valid certification, with a strong mechanical aptitude and safety focus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3–5 years of HVAC technician experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, preventive maintenance, service, repair and installation of HVAC systems.
• Respond to urgent facility calls and environmental issues.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and use PPE as required.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other teams for shutdowns and projects.
