Job summary

AdventHealth Wesley Chapel is seeking an HVAC Technician for the Night shift. This full-time role diagnoses and repairs hospital HVAC equipment, completes work orders and PMs promptly, and ensures compliance with healthcare standards and safety protocols across patient areas.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or 5+ years of experience, with HVAC Universal Technician or Electrical Contractor licenses preferred. Benefits and competitive pay are provided.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent with 5+ years experience (Required)

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses problems in hospital equipment.
• Disassembles and replaces parts in medical outlets.
• Conducts frequent rounds to identify and correct issues.
• Performs, completes, and closes all work orders and PMs requests in a timely manner.
• Maintains floors, walls, doors, and hardware.
• Handles minor repair, maintenance, and cleaning of HVAC and Refrigeration Systems.
• Carries out minor repair and maintenance on electrical systems.
• Performs minor repairs and maintenance on Pneumatic Tube System.
• Conducts minor repair and maintenance on plumbing systems. Executes minor patching and painting in assigned areas.
