Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• Experience with HVAC maintenance in healthcare settings is preferred.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and inspections on complex equipment.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC systems in a healthcare setting.
• Inspect and calibrate chillers, air handling units, and related control systems.
• Diagnose HVAC problems and perform required repairs to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Operate hospital vehicles and complete work orders with accurate time records.
• Maintain safety procedures and inventory of parts and supplies.
