Job summary

HCA Healthcare in Dallas is seeking a Division HVAC Technician to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial HVAC systems across multiple hospitals. You will troubleshoot equipment, document conditions, and ensure compliance with safety standards while traveling between division sites.

The role requires reading blueprints, coordinating with team members, and maintaining records in the central CMMS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of experience in a commercial, industrial, or healthcare environment.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification required (90 grace period).

Responsibilities

• Maintain chilled water and AHUs through preventive maintenance.
• Perform coil cleanings, filter changes, test and balance, sensor calibrations, UV bulb replacements.
• Belt alignments, drain pan treatments, damper calibration and repairs, AHU interior cleaning.
• Perform electrical safety inspections.
• Read and understand blueprints, specifications, and operation manuals.
• Work to high industry and manufacturer standards.
• Follow safety guidelines including lock-out/tag-out, OSHA, confined space, PPE.
• Document all work and labor time in the CMMS.
