Job summary

HHM Health in Dallas is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep clinic facilities operating and repair problems before they worsen. You will perform a wide range of repair tasks around the facility to support uninterrupted patient care.

You will work with plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and CMMS systems, perform preventative maintenance, install new equipment, and collaborate with external contractors. The role requires 1–2 years of related experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• General knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and facility systems.
• 1–2 years of related experience or completion of an apprenticeship.
• Ability to operate diagnostic equipment and CMMS.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance to inspect equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshooting and repairing equipment to minimize downtime.
• General repairs including plumbing, carpentry, and fixing fixtures.
• Electrical and HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Painting and basic installation of new equipment or furniture.
• Ensure facilities and grounds are maintained and safe.
• Coordinate with external contractors for major repairs.
• Maintain safety by following protocols and recording activities.
