HCA Healthcare in Dallas is seeking a Division HVAC Technician to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial HVAC systems across multiple hospitals. You will troubleshoot equipment, document conditions, and ensure compliance with safety standards while traveling between division sites.
The role requires reading blueprints, coordinating with team members, and maintaining records in the central CMMS.

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm
The Division HVAC Technician performs preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshoots, and services industrial HVAC systems in multiple acute care and non-acute care hospital settings under the direction of the Senior HVAC technician. The technician performs tests and analysis of data to assure the proper functioning of equipment. Under the supervision of the Division Senior HVAC technician, the HVAC technician will be expected to reliably maintain all equipment per HCA Healthcare Engineering standards to ensure the highest level of efficiency and to reduce business interruptions. Must be well organized, keep accurate service and maintenance records using HCA Healthcare’s computerized maintenance management system, and communicate in a clear and professional manner with all patients, visitors, colleagues and leaders. This position requires travel to acute care hospitals and associated free standing emergency departments in the division.
