Medical City Dallas is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial HVAC systems across hospital sites. You will follow safety standards, document work in the CMMS, and communicate clearly with team members and patients.

Requirements include a High School Diploma, at least 1 year in a commercial, industrial, or healthcare setting, and EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year experience in commercial, industrial, or healthcare environment required.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification required.
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing required.

Aufgaben

• Maintain chilled water and central air handling units through preventive maintenance.
• Perform coil cleanings, filter changes, test and balance, sensor calibrations, UV bulb replacements.
• Belt alignments, drain pan treatments, damper calibration and repairs, interior cleaning of AHU.
• Perform electrical safety inspections.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications and operation manuals.
• Document all work, equipment conditions and labor time in the CMMS.
