Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, or facility equipment maintenance.
• Commercial HVAC experience in hospital/healthcare facility preferred.
• Proficient at maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC and mechanical equipment.
• CMMS, BAS/HVAC controls, and Microsoft Office familiarity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a healthcare environment.

Responsabilités

• Performs HVAC, facility, and equipment maintenance per codes and standards and documents activities in CMMS.
• Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial HVAC and mechanical systems, including air-handling equipment, motors, pumps, fans, boilers, and controls.
• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance to support reliable facility operations.
• Responds to HVAC and facility emergencies and informs requesters of corrective actions.
• Reads blueprints and maintenance manuals to complete tasks.
• Performs general facility maintenance such as doors, carpentry, painting, and grounds maintenance.
