Advocate Health in Winston-Salem, NC, is seeking a full-time maintenance technician to perform facility and equipment maintenance and repair across patient care areas. You will document work in CMMS and respond to emergencies, ensuring safety and reliability of building systems.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and 2–4 years of maintenance experience. Strong communication and basic IT skills are needed; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills such as CMMS, building automation system, Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform facility and equipment maintenance following codes and standards and document in CMMS.
• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment (motors, pumps, conveyors, doors, fans, boilers, etc.).
• Maintain and repair patient care equipment (beds, wheelchairs, carts, tables).
• Maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems within defined parameters.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and safety checks; read blueprints/manuals as needed.
