Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required, or 5+ years' healthcare maintenance experience.
• 5+ years HVAC/R experience required.
• 2+ years healthcare maintenance experience preferred.
• Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems per codes.
• Develop department equipment procedures for power outages.
• Install, inspect, and maintain HVAC equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Coordinate with contractors and supervise repairs.
