Qualifications

• Ability to use EPIC and paging directory.
• Experience with telecommunications equipment and paging systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephones and greets patients and visitors in a professional manner.
• Transfers calls and provides room information to visitors as needed.
• Issues visitor passes and escorts visitors in the Emergency Room and Mother Baby Unit.
• Maintains patient confidentiality per hospital HIPPA policy.
