The Surgical Sales Director, Physician and Provider Relations (Sales) at HCA Florida Aventura Hospital leads relationship building with surgeons to grow hospital volumes and surgical cases. With a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 5 years in progressive surgical sales, you will shape service line strategies and present compelling business cases

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university is required.
• 5 years experience in progressive sales experience in the surgical field required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow hospital volumes and surgical cases.
• Engage with surgeons in the OR and be recognized as an expert in surgical services.
• Evaluate market data and financial information to identify priorities and create data-driven sales plans.
• Identify barriers and communicate to leadership using a CRM system.
• Develop an understanding of surgical service line attributes to craft growth strategy.
• Build data-driven business cases for strategic growth proposals.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of clinical operations within surgical services.
• Execute sales strategies and adjust based on measurable results.
• Lead consultative sales meetings to understand customer needs and requirements.
