Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of progressive sales experience in the surgical field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow hospital volumes and surgical cases.
• Engage with surgeons in the OR and be recognized as an expert in surgical services.
• Evaluate market data and financial information for primary facility service lines; identify priorities and develop data-driven target lists, call cycles, and sales plans.
• Identify barriers and communicate to leadership using CRM system.
• Develop an understanding of surgical service line attributes to craft a growth plan.
• Build data-driven business cases for strategic growth proposals.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of clinical operations within surgical services.
• Execute sales strategies and monitor effectiveness, adjusting as needed based on results.
• Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand customer needs.
