Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage daily department operations and food programs.
• Coordinate patient tray assembly, food distribution, and equipment/supply flow.
• Develop and adjust menu cycles for therapeutic and cost efficiency.
• Lead staff training, HACCP compliance, and safety inspections.
• Develop vendor contracts, pricing terms, and contract compliance.
• Generate reports, analyze data, and drive improvement actions.
