Job summary

Froedtert Health is seeking a Food Service Supervisor responsible for overseeing the day-to-day food service operations at our Menomonee Falls Hospital facility. This role requires at least 3 years of food service experience, preferably in a hospital or large volume operations, and includes staff training and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Other duties include conducting audits, scheduling, and training of new staff. The position is on-site and requires a Serv Safe Certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of food service experience required.
• Experience in hospital or large volume operations preferred.
• Serv Safe Certified required or must be obtained within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day food service operations for Nutrition Services.
• Train staff and cover positions as assigned.
• Ensure safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
• Conduct audits and patient rounding.
