Job summary

TouchPoint, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking an Associate Director of Food & Nutrition Services to oversee hospital foodservice operations including Patient Dining, Retail Dining, and Catering. The role partners with department leadership to ensure exceptional patient and guest experiences, regulatory compliance, and financial performance.

You will lead multiple service lines, coach managers, monitor metrics, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining high standards of food quality,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive foodservice management experience, healthcare/hospital operations preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Nutrition, or related field.
• RD/RDN, CDM, or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the leadership and daily management of patient dining, retail, and catering operations
• Ensure high standards of food quality, service excellence, sanitation, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Support financial performance through labor, food cost, inventory, and budget management
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient, guest, and client satisfaction
• Develop, coach, and mentor managers and frontline associates
• Foster strong relationships with hospital leadership and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor operational and financial metrics to drive continuous improvement
