Job summary

TouchPoint is seeking an Assistant Director of Dining Services to oversee daily hospital dining operations, including retail café, physician lounge, catering, and patient dining. You will partner with leadership to deliver exceptional food quality, patient satisfaction, and guest experience while building a high-performing team.

Responsibilities include operational oversight, client relations, staff development, financial performance, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of food service management experience, preferably in healthcare dining.
• Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Financial management experience including budgeting, labor, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of dining operations across multiple service areas.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure high-quality food production, presentation, and service.
• Develop and implement culinary and dining programs.
• Promote patient, guest, and client satisfaction through exceptional service standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop frontline staff and supervisors.
• Monitor performance and assist with budgeting and cost controls.
