Responsibilities

• Perform all preventative maintenance procedures on fixtures and equipment within a designated Zone.
• Repair, lubricate and adjust hospital equipment to ensure a safe, comfortable environment.
• Prioritize tasks independently within established policies and schedules.
• Evaluate and monitor performance of building and utility systems in assigned Zones.
• Adhere to department policies and procedures and participate in ongoing education.
