Job summary

Qualifications

• Current valid driver’s license.
• Trade school preferred.
• Experience with mechanical equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and routine maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and building systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Respond to maintenance requests, troubleshoot issues, and complete repairs promptly.
• Assist with grounds maintenance including lawn care, landscaping, snow removal, and equipment operation.
• Support fleet vehicle upkeep through basic maintenance tasks and coordination of repairs.
• Maintain documentation of work performed, adhere to safety standards, and follow facility policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with Facilities team to support continuous facility operations and respond to emergent needs.
