Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and preferably, Trade or Vocational School.
• At least 3 to 5 years of general maintenance or specialized mechanical trade experience preferably in Healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform Preventative maintenance procedures on fixtures and equipment within a Zone as prescribed in SOPs.
• Repair, lubricate and adjust hospital equipment to ensure a safe environment.
• Prioritize tasks and operate within PHS policies and schedules.
• Evaluate and monitor performance of building/utility systems in zones.
• Adhere to department policies and continuously improve technical knowledge.
