Qualifications

• Maintains journeyman electrician license; valid certification.

Responsibilities

• Capable of working with little supervision.
• Perform preventative maintenance procedures on fixtures and equipment.
• Repair, lubricate, and adjust hospital equipment to ensure safety and comfort.
• Prioritize tasks within policies and schedules with some independence.
• Read blueprints and electrical codes to complete jobs.
• Use electrical test equipment and hand tools appropriately.
• Perform periodic rounds in assigned areas.
• Other related duties as assigned.
