Qualifications

• 1–3 years of general maintenance or specialized mechanical trade experience, preferably in Healthcare

Responsibilities

• Perform all preventative maintenance procedures on fixtures and equipment within a predetermined Zone, in a timely manner.
• Repair, lubricate and adjust hospital equipment to ensure a safe environment.
• Prioritize tasks independently within established policies and schedules.
• Evaluate and monitor building and utility system performance in assigned zones.
• Support departmental budgeting and cost-reduction efforts.
