• 1–3 years general maintenance or mechanical trade experience (preferred)

Responsabilités

• Perform preventative maintenance on fixtures and equipment within a designated Zone according to SOPs.
• Carry out repairs, lubrication and adjustment to hospital equipment to ensure safety and comfort.
• Prioritize tasks and operate with limited supervision within PHS and Facility Services policies.
• Monitor building and utility systems performance in assigned Zones and report issues.
• Follow departmental budgets and suggest cost-saving maintenance measures.
• Develop plans to reduce maintenance costs and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to support facility maintenance operations.
• Participate in ongoing education and in-service meetings to enhance skills.
