Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to plan, coordinate control, and perform facility maintenance within a specified Zone of PHS-A facilities. The role emphasizes preventative and predictive maintenance to ensure uninterrupted utility flow according to design criteria.

Based at Reverend Hugh Cooper Administrative Center, the position is full-time with day shifts. Requires NM residency and the EPA 608 certification, plus 3–5 years of refrigeration

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 to 5 years of refrigeration experience and ability to perform general maintenance duties, preferably in Healthcare.
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• Must have a valid NM driver's license and be insurable.

Mansioni

• Capable of working with little supervision and limited direction from specialized trades.
• Perform preventative maintenance on fixtures and equipment within a Zone as per SOP.
• Repair, lubricate and adjust hospital equipment to ensure a comfortable and safe environment.
• Prioritize tasks and operate independently within policies and schedules.
• Evaluate and monitor performance of building and utility systems in assigned Zones.
• Read and interpret blueprints, codes and documents to complete jobs.
